State Rep. Julie Alexander of Hanover announced district office hours in January to meet with residents of the 64^th District.

“The New Year is almost upon us,” Rep. Alexander said. “I invite Jackson County residents to attend my local office hours to hear a legislative update, and ask me any questions you may have on state government.”

Office hours will be held at the following dates and times on the sixth floor of the Jackson County Tower Building, 120 W. Michigan Ave. in Jackson:

• Friday, Jan. 10 from 10 to 11 a.m.; and
• Friday, Jan. 24 from 3 to 4 p.m.
